Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive!!!! Ideally you will have a proven sales experience within the academic, public and government sectors!! This role is an internal sales role with the focus being on the phone and via email. You will be responsible for marketing the following: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Government Institutions, Public Libraries and Charities Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will mainly be responsible for: • Researching for new markets/contacts • Cold calling new markets and institutions • Calling current subscribers to upgrade/replace/sell new resources i.e. • Account management to ensure customers are happy with their resources and access • Renewal of subscriptions – quoting and chasing • Quotes for renewal and new products • Ensuring all information is documented on the system for forecasting and targeting You must have good IT and keyboard skills. Good time management with the ability to prioritise workloads at all times. Hours 37.5 hours per week Salary £18K basic OTE £30-35K p.a. 22 days holidays per year
