How do I log in to Careers Seeker?
Just enter your email address and password into the box in the top right hand corner of the screen and click the “Login” button. If you would like us to remember your login details for the next time you visit the site just select the “Remember Me” checkbox.
How do I change my password?
Once logged in, just head to the Change Password page once logged in and follow the on-screen instructions to select your new password.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Just head to the Forgotten Password page and enter the email address you registered with and we will send you a new password.
How do I use my Careers Seeker dashboard?
Once you are logged in just click the “Show Dashboard” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen to view your recent searches, RSS feeds and favourite agencies. The dashboard has links to let you upload your CV, change your account details and for technical support.
How do I rate an agency?
Just click the link in the Agency Rating section of the agency listing page to select your star rating for an agency.
How do I add an agency to my favourites?
You must be a registered logged in user to add an agency listing to your favourites list. Once you are logged in just click the “Add to my favourites” link on the individual agency listing page and the agency will be added to your favourites list.
