The highest level to attain in telecommunications involves a position in management. The role of a manager to work at many levels in telecommunications companies. They are responsible for ensuring that a company is meeting goals for customer service as well as supervising employees.
Generally speaking a job in telecommunications will require a competent level of computer knowledge which can be gained from college or one of the many government funded courses. Obviously, strong communication skills are a must.
