All about Education Jobs

Inspiration, passion and determination. They’re all incredibly powerful words, so imagine if you could be the person to bring those three things into the lives of youngsters. Inspiring them to dream big, pushing them to follow their passions, and enhancing their determination to do whatever they want with their lives.

As a teacher, you could choose to teach virtually any age-group from pre-school to Secondary, or perhaps you want to be a College or University Tutor or Lecturer. Indeed, you might even prefer to teach Adult Education to inspire people who might have previously missed out on the education system.

Education is not, however, all about teaching. There is in fact a great deal of other jobs available from teaching assistant to learning support etc that may motivate you.

So, what do you need to work in Education? Well, inspiration, passion and determination to work in the sometimes stressful but often rewarding field, are all important factors. Good GCSEs are essential, with A Levels admirable, however not essential if you are looking to teach Primary School or younger. A degree is necessary to join some Postgraduate Teacher Training Courses, however many teacher training providers will have their own requirements.
